A few weeks earlier, I shared with you a Modal Box and a Popup Modal Window PSD. Today I have designed another modal window that can be used as a confirmation dialog box. It includes an alert icon, and a confirmation question with Yes and No buttons. I designed it following the flat design trend, which is a quite modern and commonly used technique nowadays.
